How do I pay for my order?

Add the item to your cart and proceed through the checkout process, completing all required steps. While immediate payment won’t be possible, you'll still be able to submit your order to us once you choose your payment method.

What is Escrow Payments?

Escrow is a secure way to buy something online or in a high-stakes deal (like a car, house, or expensive item). It protects both the buyer and the seller by involving a trusted third party (the escrow service).

How It Works – Step by Step:

Buyer Pays the Escrow Service,
Instead of paying us directly, you send the money to the escrow company.

Seller Ships or Delivers the Product,
Once your payment is safely in escrow, the seller ships the item or delivers the service.

Buyer Confirms Receipt,
You inspect the item/service. If everything looks good, you approve the release of the funds.

Escrow Releases Payment to the Seller,
Only after your approval, we receive the funds.

Are your bags and or accessories pre-owned or brand new?

Every item that’s for sale is pre-owned. We do not get our items directly from the original companies. If any of our products are advertised as “Pristine” that indicates that it was still pre-owned but never worn. It’s still in its brand new condition.

Why don’t you show photos of the serial number?

As a security measure, we do not like to display photos of the serial number of the items for the safety of the next owner. If you decide to contact us privately to request the serial number for a specific product, Our team will still not be able to provide you with that information. We hope you understand our procedures.

Are the items for sale authentic or replicas?

Our mission is to redeem luxury resale and provide a reliable luxury shopping experience. A key component of that is building trust through authenticity. Our team of in-house experts is thoroughly trained and equipped to examine all items that we receive and determine their authenticity. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. Ensuring your trust is our top priority!

Do your bags and or accessories come with original packaging, paperwork, tags, and authenticity cards?

Our items may or may not come with original tags, paperwork, authenticity cards, and packaging. It's good to keep in mind every item in our store is Pre Loved meaning it was once owned. It all depends on their pre-owned status and what the previous owner provides us with. Please refer to the product description for specific details. We will make it clear in the description of each product what your item will arrive with. Once again not every item sold to us was provided with original box, paperwork, dust bags, cards, tags, or packaging.

What designer brands do you accept?

We accept Bags, Jewelry, watches, and accessories. The brands we accept is Chanel, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Cartier, Rolex, Balenciaga, Burberry, Versace, Tiffany, Fendi, Dolce Gabbana, Prada, Saint Laurent, and Gucci.

What happens if you guys determine an item was counterfeit?

You will be charged a fee of $150 to receive your item back. These charges cover the authentication process from our team. If our team doesn’t receive a payment from you, our team will kindly dispose your item.

Why was my item not accepted?
  • Your item may not be a category that we accept, such as clothing or fragrance. 
  • The resale value of your item may prevent us from providing you with a quote. Factors such as excessive wear or damage, age, style and aesthetic, and even extremely large or small shoe sizes impact the resale value of pre owned items. Additionally, some brand new items with a low original MSRP do not reach high enough resale prices that allow us to provide you with a quote.
  • We are well stocked in items similar to yours at the moment. Try submitting it again for a quote in a few months! 
  • Your item appears to be altered, which typically affects the resale value.
  • Your quote for the same item is still active in your account. Once your quote expires after 30 days, you may resubmit for a new quote request.
  • You may have already sold two identical items to us before, and our security team’s policy only allows us to buy two identical items per customer.
  • We do not accept that designer brand.
How do you determine the price you offer?

When you contact us to sell your designer product, we request that you provide us with as much details as possible – condition, year of production, accompaniments, as well as photographs of the actual item. We also ask for your price expectations to ensure that we are in sync.  

The cash payment price we offer you is based on the style’s popularity, the item’s condition, the age of the item, the estimated time to sell the item, prices of comparable pieces on the market, among other factors.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

What if my package is lost?

All packages are tracked and insured. In the event of a lost package, please reach out to us on our contact page.

How long will it take for shipping and delivery?

Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly. We typically ship in 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri).

Please allow an additional 2-5 days for delivery after shipping confirmation.

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

Will I receive a tracking number?

All orders will be sent a tracking number via email once shipped! In some rare events, the tracking number may not update for a few days due to a delay in the system. Rest assured, once you receive the tracking number, your order has been shipped and is on the way!

What state will my package ship from?

Our company is based in New Jersey, United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer a flat-rate fee of $99 for all international shipments, but is not responsible for any taxes or customs charges. International packages are typically shipped via FedEx Priority shipping, although exceptions may be made depending on the destination in question.

Are returns accepted?

We do not accept returns. For more information, read our return policy.

What shipping service do you use?

Our orders are sent via FedEx or UPS.

Please note that there may be extraordinary circumstances when another courier is used to ship your items. In this eventuality, the customer will be notified of the change.

While deliveries may be scheduled for a specified arrival, We are not able to guarantee delivery by a specific date. Shipping delays caused by issues beyond our control are not liable for a fee refund.
